Burn Ban

The kids are getting ready to go see their G-Lo, down south, this weekend. They really enjoy going down there. Road trip, Cousins, Goats, Fresh Tortillas, getting spoiled by G-Lo, what's not to enjoy. There is nothing better then a hug from G-lo. Especially after she has been missing you for a while. You can just feel her love come pouring out in those long, tight hugs.

Fireworks, of course, has become really fun for the kids on the 4th of July at G-Lo's. This year it looks like there will be a fire ban. It is going to be a hot weekend down there. Grandpa says they can still shoot off the noise makers and sparkler type things, but no big air shooters. I'm sure they will still have fun with the little stuff. Both kids are very mature when it comes to teaching the safety of Fireworks. It's really cool to see both of them remember things I have already taught them about safety.
